YouTube India wanted to create a challenge that could cement it as a contender in the SFV market and take on Shorts. In a world filled with dance and lip sync challenges, we were asked to create a viral challenge with Neeraj Chopra - the reigning Javelin champion at the Olympics. So we honed in on his peculiar run to that gold-winning throw and created the #JavRun challenge.

 

A personal victory for me was when this organically featured as a question in Kaun Banega Crorepati (Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?), a show I had grown up watching.
